Shepherd’s Grove Came Alive on Easter Sunday!

On Easter Sunday, our church family gathered in praise, fellowship and fun to celebrate the Resurrection of our King of Kings and Lord of Lords! With four back-to-back services at 8, 9, 10, and 11 a.m., we were blessed by beautiful music (provided by our wonderful choir, orchestra, and worship leaders), and by an impactful message from Pastor Bobby on The Prodigal Father. Because crowds were larger than usual, eager congregants stood in line for the next service while enthusiastic volunteers served donut holes to ease the wait.

Between services, the Fellowship Hall was the place to join the party, offering fun for children and adults alike! In addition to sparkling cider and more donut holes, guests were encouraged to take family pictures at our special Easter photo booth, to sit down and kick back on a couch, or to chat with friends at a table.

Under the watch of Christina Brantuk and her incredible team, children enjoyed snacks & creative crafts and were even lucky enough to take home adorable singing bunnies that were donated by a congregant! Not to be outdone, our amazing youth pastor, Jonathan Thonglom, invited teenagers and the young at heart to play games, including giant Jenga, Connect-4, and a beanbag toss!

All in all, we had a wonderful time celebrating Jesus, building relationships with one another, and finding joy in His presence and among His people!
