Dear Church Family,
There has not been a time in recent history when people needed to connect with God and each other more than today! Rooted is the perfect opportunity to do just that. When the storms of life come, there is only one Rock that will never be moved, that is Jesus!
The Bible tells us: “Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, so walk in Him, ROOTED and built up in Him and established in your faith.” (Colossians 2:6-7). That is what a Rooted group does. It allows you to connect with God through daily readings and prayer so you can walk with Him daily. Rooted reminds us that God has a plan for us. Rooted is a safe place to share your struggles and joys, knowing you will receive support and encouragement from a well-trained leader. We are so excited for the first Rooted session of 2021!
I would like to say a virtual Rooted group is easy, you do not have to drive anywhere, clean up your house, or even have to wear a mask. Yet, like anything worthwhile, it does take commitment. You will receive a book with five devotional readings each week. These devotionals will be the basis of the weekly discussion. You will need to commit to being there weekly and sharing openly about how God is leading you. Everyone will commit to not criticizing, judging, or fixing others as they share their journey.

I want to challenge you to have the chutzpah faith to join a Rooted group, you will not regret it. Rooted will be an online experience starting January 26, 2022 at 6:30 PT. The Rooted experience is $40. This pays for the book, and the Celebration dinner at the end.
