// We have an opportunity for you to update your trust, or create a new one, to protect your estate. Did you know that most people don’t have a will? And many people have only a simple will, signed by a witness, that doesn’t protect their estate from probate.

On the other hand, many people haven’t considered having a living trust created because of the legal fees involved. However, the church’s partnership with Family Planning Ministry provides the way for you to create a trust (or update the one you have) with NO LEGAL FEES.

If your estate goes into probate, it is frozen for up to two years and is charged 5%–8% for the entire estate value. That’s money over which you have no control as to where it goes. Depending upon the size of your estate, that could be $30,000 to $60,000!

Establishing a living trust can lower your estate taxes and will eliminate probate. In your legacy plan, you can ensure your desires on medical decisions, guardianship of your minor children, and distribution of your valuables will be fulfilled. Your instructions are legally binding and guaranteed to be followed.
